This week's vote extending California's signature effort to fight climate change - the cap-and-trade- agreement - showcased a deep split among legislative Republicans. Most fought hard against the deal, but a few GOPs proved crucial to its passage, including Inland Empire GOP Assembly Leader Chad Mayes.
